You might be looking for William Joslin b.1701 RI -d.1771 NJ

I show that he had a son, Corporal John Joslin, who died in Kentucky "fighting indians". But I don't know the source of this information; some of the tree I have is from a family tree passed around by a cousin who has since died, and his notes are missing.

William's wife is given alternatively as Mary Taylor or Christina GArrison, depending on the source; he might have been married more than once.
