La Zouches...

Does anybody know much about the La Zouches... they are claimed as descendents of Josselin, Vicompte de Porhoet, the Joslin family's namesake. Supposedly Eudes II fought with Britain's King Henry II, who destroyed Josselin Castle (located in France). It was later rebuilt. The son of Eudes, Geoffrey, had a son Alain who moved to England... The family later became the Zouches, which was a created Barony. Alain begat a son named Robert or Roger who was sheriff of Devonshire.
I believe that the line continues through a through a second Alain and Eudes, and others... Leading to a Lucy la Zouche who married into the de Greene family... My only problem is that I find no credible basis for the Lucy la Zouche line... Is there any respected source for this information? Has anybody been willing to submit to a DNA analysis? Something? Anything? I believe that almost all (at least some) of the claims to nobility on this side of the Atlantic come from the supposed relation to Lucy la Zouche. Does she even exist? And if so, where is the grave site? Does one exist? Can some test of descent be made? How about DNA?

RKI.
