Mrs. Joslin Dies At Catskill
Mrs. Marcia Joslin of Catskill died Dec. 23, 1962 at Catskill.
She was born Oct. 30, 1868 at Walton, the daughter of William and Ruth Hanford. She was the wife of Asa Joslin who died in 1938. She formerly resided in East Branch and was for many years a resident of Jefferson. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Schoonmaker, Phoenicia and Mrs. George Beekman, Shandaken; two sons, Lincoln of Jefferson and Andrew of Delanson; one sister, Mrs. Wallace Reed, Schenevus, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Gormley funeral home, Phoenicia, on Dec. 26 with burial to be made at Evergreen cemetery in Jefferson in the spring.
