Donald Burdine,
The names you were talking about really caught my eye.My ggg grandmother was Chloe Lunsford/Lansford/Lawford (couldn't make it out). She lived in Harrison County, Indiana, married George Andrew Anderson. They had five children:
My family had a record of the children, but it wasn't until eight years ago, that we found the whole family.I did find Chloe and George in the 1840 census of Harrison Co Indiana, in the township of Corydon.Chloe Lunsford Anderson died in 1846 in Harrison Co Indiana, her children still very small.
When grown, her daughter Mary Adaline, my ggg grandmother, married William Henry Lewis, whose aunt Dorothy Lewis was married to a Solomon Justice. The Justice family was living in Indiana in 1837.
Does any of this fit in with what you know about the Lunsfords and the Justice family?I would love to have more on both families.
Thank you
