Kaar Genealogy with Spelling "KAAR"

As I wrote on the Carr page, ALL with the spelling "Kaar" should be related. (Except one family we know about.) This is the original spelling of the name from Germany. There was a spelling change, but that appears to have changed back to the original within about 10 years of the change. (We have more info on that too).
Our Kaar line begins with Joseph Kaar (b.1780/90; d.before 1840) who married Elizabeth Dufford (b.7/24/1793; d.1855/62). They had 11 children; Mary (b.10/6/1809); John (b.3/2/1811); Jacob (b.3/24/1813); Alfred (b.7/16/1814); James (b.1816); George (b.9/6/1817); Elizabeth (b.1819); William (b.2/6/1820); Theodore (b.1823); Lorenzo (b.7/8/1826); and Philip (b.1831). Elizabeth Dufford is the daughter of Stephen Jacob Dufford (1832), who connects us back to both Hans Philip Dufford (b. about 1704 in Sultzbach, Germany; d.1767/69)and to John (Hans) Trimmer (b. about 1690 in Neuwied,R,Germany; d.Jan, 1749 in Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co. NJ).
We would love to hear from anyone who believes they may be related. Our records are fairly complete, but there are ALWAYS holes we would like to fill.
Warren Simmons
