Unfortunately, I can't help to you. At us, in Poland, is very much family Kaczmarek. You must know at least where Nepomucen was born and who was his parents (name).
Having such given, you can look to parish books in church, in which he was baptized. Because you give name Franciszek in German language (Franz), we can think, that your ancestor originated from regions of Poland, which in XIX age was under Prussian annexation.
