Hi,
I can give you some facts, but I do not have the answer.
1.You find members of the Kadel family in Birkenau /
Hornbach, Liebersbach, Zotzenbach and Rimbach –
probably at other places too. The Birkenau / Hornbach
line can be traced until about 1600.
2.Those villages are located about 20 miles south of
Darmstadt
3.I have Reibolds among my ancestors in Zotzenbach. If you
are searching look for Reibold, Reubold, Reibolt and
Reipolt (They changed the writing).
4.The only case I found in the Latter Days Saints data base
is
Catharina Margaretha REIBOLD
Sex: F
Marriage(s):
Spouse: Philipp KADEL
Marriage: 20 Jan 1856
Evangelisch, Rimbach, Starkenburg, Hessen
5. Unfortunately I do not have a link between your and my
Kadel / Reibold.

Good luck.
Karl-Ernst
