Claudia, sounds like you are at an exciting point in your family history search.

Some of the names you mentioned in your post are similar to ones in my Kadel line. Maybe some relations (cousins, uncle)

Do know Johann Adam Kadel's siblings?

My ancestor Philip Kadel, born 1818, was married to a Margaret, landed in NY port in 1848. Then moved to Pennsylvania. His children were;

George Adam, b abt.. 1840;
Elizabeth, b abt. 1842;
Margaret Ann, b abt. 1853;
Mary, b Nov. 1856
Michael, b abt. 1857,
Luther Philip, b June 16, 1860
