Without more info it will be hard for anyone to connect with you. They are probably a lot of Elizabeth Kadel's that can fit in this time period. That is why I posted, because I know of one from Pennsylvania. But from what you have posted more than likely your Elizabeth or her family had settled in NC or Indiana.
Can you determine when Noah married, after moving to Indiana from NC? Or if Noah was in any other states before settling in Indiana. If he moved when he was young with his father than he probably married into a local family at his new home area.
Can you find them in the census which may list where she is from?
If it looks like he married her after moving to Indiana, than chances are she is from some of the Kadel lines that settled in Indiana and it would be wise to check Kadel families in census in Indiana.
