Mattie (Martha) Clark is my great, great grandmothers younger sister. She was born in 1849 in probably Scott County, Mississippi. She is the daughter of Seaborn J. Clark (Georgia - abt 1812) and Sarah Ann Clark (Alabama - abt 1822). They were married on January 1, 1837 in Bibb County Alabama. Seaborn died at thee Battle of Jackson in Mississippi May 14, 1863.
