County of Martin ] 18 October 1956 In the matter of the estates of Nicholas and Mary Elizabeth Kaderli, both deceased. W.A. Kaderli of Stanton Tx; L.O. Kaderli of San Angelo Tx, temporarily employed at Alice Tx; James N Kaderli of San Antonio,Tx; C.C. Kaderli of Kimball Nebraska; Fred Kaderli of Pharr TX; Ethel Kaderli Owens of Denton TX; A.T. Kaderli of San Antonio TX; and Edna Bostick of San Antonio TX each being more than 21 years of age, each being fully competent to contract and under no disability, and each being first duly sworn, each did depose and say: We are the sole and only heirs of Nicholas Kaderli and his wife, Mary Elizabeth, both deceased and we are the only persons entitled to the estate of either and both of said descendants and to every part and parcel thereof. In support of this claim we submit the following: Nicholas Kaderli and Miss Mary Elizabeth Parr were united in marriage in 1886. Their marriage to each other was the only time either was ever married. The said Nicholas Kaderli died on 17 Sept 1952 in a hospital in Dallas TX hours after surgery. Mary Elizabeth died at the residence of her daughter Mrs JL Owens in Denton Tx on 16 May 1956. Formerly & from early in February 1904 they had resided & made their home on farmland in Martin Co Tx until sometime in 1949 when they became too feeble to care for themselves or each other whereupon they were taken to the home of their daughter Mrs JL Owens where they were cared for until they passed away. But each claimed Martin Co as their home to the end. Affiants, so named in their will: William Allen, Louis Odessa, James Nicholas, Chester Crockett, Frederick, Ethel Louise, Albert Turner & Edna Viola.
