Herman Kaethler is also my ancestor. Jacob Kaethler was his son who was the father of my grandfater Herman Kettler or (Kesler).

Nicolas Kesler was my fathers uncle. I too am researching the family history and I have through luck found some interesting refernces relating to land tax information on their first home.
I am willing to share. I remember meeting Uncle Nick and have a pic of him with his brother Herman.
