Book, Ulrich Kampf descendants

The book "Descendants of Ulrich Kampf, born 1813, Sigriswil, Switzerland" is in its 3rd edition, 2004. I'm about to have it reprinted. Anyone wanting a copy needs to contact me real soon so I can be sure to order enough copies. Email me privately.

Ulrich and his wife Magdalena Von Gunten immigrated to Lucas Co., OH, then moved to Will Co., IL. In 1872 they joined allied families in a wagon train to Clay Co., KS. Descendants are everywhere, with surnames Kemph, Camp, etc. By the time they reached KS, their names had changed to Joseph William and Mary Kemph. The 3rd ed includes 1587 descendants though many others are named in the book - spouses, spouses parents, etc. Separate appendices include several generations of ancestors of both Ulrich and Magdalena in Canton Bern, Switzerland. Many photos are included.

The LDS Library was given permission to microfilm the book, and the film is available for study at their numerous Family History Centers.
