Brain you have done a wonderful job on this site. I was amazed at all the information that I found but, I have not able to connect our genealogy to anything I have found so far.

My husband's grandfather (Hobart Pinkie Conatser) and gr-grandfather (Norman or Gorman Conatser) are from Sevier County,TN.

My husbands family doesn't have many relatives living so our information is sketchy. A few weeks ago we got a phone call from some other Conatser's who are seeking information, John Conatser from Illonois. He is a magazine publisher near Chicago. He was visiting our city and called us. Coincedentially John met with another Connatser (spelled with two n's)from Dallas, Tx who is editor of Polo Magazine. When we do find information that connects us we will fill you in on all our family tree.
