Johann Ludwig Knauss, called Ludwig, was the son of:

Lukas KNAUSS, b. 1633 Hessen, Germany; d. 3-12-1713 Germany, and
Anna KLINK, b. 1634 Germany; d. 2-1710 Germany

Lukas Knauss was probably the son of Andreas Knauss.

All these connections are documented, except for whether Lukas' father was Andreas.
