My Kantner line passed through that very township. Johann Jacob Kantner came to America with his parents, Hans Jacob and Anna Maria Catharina (Lutz) Gander, in 1732 -- and Johann Jacob died in Tulpenhooken Township! He had a grandson named Johannes M. Kantner, but the dates and wife's name don't match up with yours. I do not have a list of Hans and Anna Maria's children (other than Johann Jacob), but Johann Jacob had at least four sons (Jacob, John, Nicholas and George). While I can't tell you where the connection is, surely your line traces to these same immigrants.
