I am looking for relatives to
Carl Josef Karlsson born 1880-03-19,
Gustaf Alfred Karlsson born 1881-12-12,
Klaes Josef Karlsson born 1884-12-22 and
Johan August Karlsson born 1886-10-29.
They where all born in Alseda parish in Småland in the south of Sweden. They grow up in a house called Hanekull in the small village Repperda in Alseda.

Carl Josef left Sweden 1903-04-08 and went to Jamestown, N Y.
Gustaf Alfred left Sweden 1909-04-14 and went to Jamestown, N Y.
Johan August left Sweden 1910-03-30 and went to Jamestown, N Y.
Klaes Josef left Sweden 1913-05-29 and went to New York.

They had an uncle Fredrik Dorff born 1852-12-04 who left Sweden 1881-05-13 and went to St Peter. If they had any contact in America I don´t know.

Their father Carl Gustaf Gustafsson Dorff was born 1846-08-08 in Skirö parish and died 1899-02-18 in Alseda. They left their mother Matilda Maria Jonsdotter born 1848-08-22 in Skirö where she also died 1926-02-12 in a place called Björkholm. Two sisters, Anna Sofia born 1878-08-03 and Hanna Maria born 1876-04-29, and one brother, Sven Algot Karlsson born 1889-10-10, staid in Sweden.
Hanna never married and lived in Alseda when she died 1969-03-02.

Their grandfather was Gustaf Dorff born 1817-03-23 and died 1901. He was a soldier.

One of the boys came back to Sweden some times between 1946 and 1955, probably before 1950. He went to Stockholm and visited his cousins. One of them was Hjalmar Gustafsson born 1888-07-01 in Stockholm. He also visited Hjalmars daughter Sonia married to Nils Nilson in their small summerhouse in Lännersta outside Stockholm. After that he went to Småland probably to visit his sister in Repperda, Alseda.

We know there was an accident with a car in Sweden. We don´t know if he survived or not.
We don´t know if all 4 boys staid in America or just two of them staid. We know that the bothers started a factory and made furniture’s for the bedroom or just beds.

Sonia is today almost 90 years of age and she often tells about the meeting with her relative from America. If you know anything about this people please let me know so I can tell her about them. She will appreciate it a lot.

Josefine Nilson Daughter in low.
