I would really like to find something out about this gentleman. He was a born in Poland and served with the Free Polish military in WW2. I believe he was decorsted for bravery at Monte Cassino. He emigrated from UK to Canada with my aunt Mary Waugh and they married and lived in Toronto. There were no children, and sadly there was a break with the Scottish family of my aunt because they eloped without asking grandfather's permission to marry.

He went by the name Stan or Staley in Canda; I am not sure of the order of his Christian names.

I have tried the Sikorski Institute in London but he is not in their records. I have also read the war reports for the Polosh forces at Monte Cassino but he is not mentioned (unsurprising, but it was worth a few hours at the National Archives).

Anyt help welcomed.
