Hi,

The McClains and McCartys are my family lines and I was wondering if you might be able to scan some of the pictures. I would be glad to put them on my website and maybe we could identify some of them. Do the old letters contain any valuable genealogical information?

I have xerox copies of some of the McClains that were sent to me but I can't scan them, maybe they are the same pictures.

Amanda McCarty is said to be a Shrout, possibly the daughter of Pete Shrout and a McCarty although some of her descendants death certs say Wills. I have a lot of files on these families and would be glad to share.
