Ken, My advice would be to check any and all records in Cook County IL. Seems most immigrants for the states you're looking at passed thru Chicago on their way elsewhere. In my family I had an Antoinette Kasparek married to a Mathias Stava (Stave, Staver..)had at least 8 kids. I searched the LDS films for the St Procopius Church on Alport St in Chicago. I know I saw the name Kasparek on their baptisms, confirmations, marriages.... St Procopius was the church for Moravian/Bohemian immigrants. Also I have seen numerous references to the names you are researching on Cook county records. Because so many of the names are the same or similar in both our lines I keep running into your guys whilst looking for mine. Seems you have quite a bit of info already. Are you looking for a particular piece of information? Don't suppose you know anything about the Stava line? Maybe we can help each other.
