By the way, on Cook County IL records the other name you're looking for is usually spelled "Plisek".
Ran across some records with that name listing birthplace as "Radkovice, Bohemia".
Most burials of Kaspareks, Kaspars, Caspars and Pliseks were in one of 3 cemeteries: Bohemian National Cemetery, St Adalberts cemetery or Mt Carmel.
Don't know if any of this will help but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.
