My Greatgrand Fathers name as I can tell from his naturalization papers was Kastauty Kacprzcky and was changed to Stephen Kasper.
He married a women by the name of Rosa Matwa. There Children were as follows:
Tesla, - changed to Jessie
Stella, - changed to Sally
Alexander, - went by Alec
Maurrie, - (my grandmother) Mary Katherine
Frank, - no change
Joseph, - no change
Ceil, - no change.
They resided in Schaghticoke, New York.
I believe Stephen and Rosa may have married here in the US around 1895 in Clifton Park, Saratoga County New York. Let me know what you think ... per the last name if you think there is a connection. This list coming from either Poland, Russia on there Papers.
