My maternal grandfather was Jack Kasper. He was born in N.Y. in 1899. His parents were of Russian or Ukraine descent and came here prior to his birth. We have knowledge of all his brothers and sisters. His father was Louis Kasper and his mother was Rebecca Charnes. I don't think that either of these names are the european names they had before they came here to the U.S. His brothers were Ely, Phillip, Charles, David, his sisters were Yhetta, Edith. He married Audrey Kasper from New Jersey. I am trying to find the European line. Please contact if these people sound familar.
