Ronald, My Kastens are farmers from South St.Louis, but maybe a brother or someone could have continued to Perry Co. I believe my ggrfather immigrated from Hannover as a single man. Per 1860 census he was 35 with 2 children. My grfather Edmund was the baby born in 1879. Siblings names were Henry, Charles, William, Louis, Amelia, Frericka and Anna. The 1860 census also lists a 30 yr old Wilhelm,which I would think is a brother. I haven't done much research on this line yet, but if I find any Perry Co connection, I'll let you know. Judy
