Paula: I am adding you to our list of Kasten researchers. Forwarded your note to Terry in CA and Lorraine in WI, plus my sister, Jill, here in Chicago. It's hard to know how the early Kastens were related. Hope to find them immigrating. My local library has a set of "Germans to America" and I'm going to use it this week. More at the end of the week.
