Edson Kathan b. 1811, Vt to Rufus Kathan and Nabby Stone,He married Caroline Grimes, and they are buried in Bates Cemetery, Johnsburg, NY.
Edson Kathan b. 1815, married to Harriet Gills is the son of Charles Kathan and Sabra McFarland. Edson was married to Merccy Jane Parks, and had at least two children Geneva Duella Kathan b. Mar. 14 1864, and Edson Harlow b. Aug 20 1870.
His 2nd wife was Sarah Jane King, they married April 16 1912.
They were members of the Morman Church.
He died 16 Dec 1925, LA, Cal.
