LT. John Gordon Kavanagh 1945 Toronto Ontario
Posted by: Allan Barrer (ID *****1456) Date: November 01, 2004 at 04:42:59

I am trying to contact any relatives of Lt. John Kavanagh
who died April 6, 1945 in The little Villiage of RHA in the
Netherlands (Holland). The People of that Villiage have
erected a monument to Honour the Soldiers who died trying
to liberate their Villiage and would like very much to make
contact with ANY Family relatives, for their 60th year
celebrations in 2005. I have aggreed to help and search for
Family members as my Father In Law was one of the Soldiers,
and on a visit to the Netherlands we made very good friends
with the people of this villiage. An Obituary in 1945
for Lt. Kavanagh lists his Father as (The Late) John
Kavanagh, Mother Cora Kavanagh 12 Sandford Ave. of Toronto,
Brothers Frank and Robert Kavanagh and a Sister Mabel
(Kavanagh) Young all of Toronto.
Any help in locating relatives would be very much appreciated and I can be reached at my Email
barrer@personainternet.com or by Phone - 705-335-5160

I thank you very much in advance.

Sincerely

Allan Barrer
