Greetings Chelley,

Our connection here is Thomas Henry Kavanagh 1821-1882, hero of the Indian Mutiny. His father Thomas 1793-1829 was Dublin Kavanagh, his mother Catherine Murphy 1800 - ? of Borris. There is a letter that refers to Julia as cousin. These were 'Dublin Kavanagh' and a colleague has made the early connection to brothers Dennis and Morgan of Borris 1700 through a registered pedigree at the GA. The details on the 18th century years between will be in the parish records for 'Old' St. Mary's church kept at a library in Dublin and unpublished. We're spread all over the world - everywhere but Ireland and are waiting for someone to visit and read those records. It will then connect to all the material gathered by the Clan. You can reach me off-line if you like.

Best wishes
