I am the ggg-grandson of Pugh Pollard; Frederick, John, Irwin and Thomas' brother. Thomas Pollard Sr. is the "top rung" of our family tree as well.

My cousin Jim has done all the research on our family up till now. However, I am living in Fayetteville, NC, and therefore geographically close to Edgecombe and Craven Counties, as well Raleigh. I plan on continuing his research while I am living in this part of the country.

What information do you have regarding Thomas Sr. and Memorial? It seems as though you are leaning more toward the Kavenaugh family than the Pollard. Thomas Sr. had 11 children according to our research (I wont name them all here, but one of them is John, who is the father all the above named clan.)

I would be very much interested in following up on Pugh's brothers Frederick Irwin and John. I am beginning to ramble, but I am excited. Look forward to hearing from you.
Derek R. Pollard,
