I ran across this obit and Iím posting it in case someone needs it. I have no further information on the person. This was only forum that was near the spelling of the last name.

December 6, 1974, Friday
APACHE (Special) ó Pearl Kawaykla
Services for Mrs. Pearl Kawaykla, 63, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Apache Reformed Church, with Rev. Andy Kamphius officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Sill Apache Cemetery, under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kawaykla died Thursday afternoon, following an extended illness.
She was born at Fort Sill Oct. 29, 1911. She was married to James Kawaykla at Amarillo, Tex., was a charter member of the Apache Reformed Church, and was the church treasurer for many years. She was a member of the women's Guild, a Sunday school teacher, and summer Bible school teacher.
Survivors include her husband, at home; three sons, Benedict, Darwin, and Lewellyn, all of Apache: and a brother, Benedict Jozhe. Also of Apache.
The family requests memorials be made to the Apache Church Building Fund in lieu of flowers.
