David, as a follow up to your message of February 9th, we visited the UK recently to follow up on our family tree. It seems that the roots of my branch of the Kaye family are in the Almondbury/Honley/Kirkburton areas. I am particularly interested in your list of Kayes buried in Beckett Street, Cemetary Leeds, where we found Ellen Kaye who was the husband of John Kaye, both originally from Huddersfield. Could you please e mail your list to us at our e-mail address kayeamron@hotmail.com. We found a John Kaye and Hellen A Kaye who I believe could be the right people and they had three children Martha A, Booth and Adeline listed on the 1851 census living at 64 Park Gate, Almondbury. From your last message I notice you mention a George Kay and Ann ?Booth, is it possible, in your opinion, that this Kay family transitioned to Kay with the e?

I would appreciate any help you can give.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards
Geoff Kaye
