I'm not aware of a connection but I'm fairly sure I remember seeing Mary Wood living with a Kaye in the 1841 and 1851 census - I think she was in the White Horse pub. If this one is yours - and I'm pretty confident she is - then, yes, she's in Lepton, but not necessarily related to my lot. There are a huge number of Kayes in Huddersfield.

I'll check my notes and get back to you with what I have. I also have the Kirkheaton baptisms and marriages for some periods so can do a check if you need it.
