I have a little information on him. My records indicate they were five brothers and sisters, Asbury, John P Kaylor, Mary E Kaylor, William L Kaylor, Martha A Kaylor. There father was William Pikney Kaylor and mother was Martha A Williams. William Pikney Kaylor was born in Lincoln County NC about 1839. He was the son of Peter Charles Kaylor and Mahala Martin both of Lincoln County NC.
John P. Kaylor was born in Polk County Tenn., died November 16, 1930 in Hamilton co. Tennessee, and is buried in Millsaps Cemetery Soddy-Daisy Tenn.
Some of his brothers stayed in Tenn. and the others moved to Texas and Ark,

John P. Kaylor and Maggie Thompson had three children that I know of, W. T. Kaylor, J. C Kaylor and F. C. Kaylor.
That is all the information that I have. Hope this helps

Lance Roberson
