And I pray that LA -- be granted on the Estate of said deceased, by the Surrogate of the County of NY to me - and to Robert H. WHUSTON and Daniel KAYLOR of the City of New York

Abel ROGERS 29 yrs. Farm Laborer b. NY
Eliza " 28 yrs. b. NY
James KAYLOR 16 yrs. b. NY
Edwin " 11 yrs. b. NY
Alonzo ROGERS 5 yrs. b. NY
Elizabeth H. " 3 yrs. b. NY
This James birth date matches your James. I don't know where Paithena is - maybe married. This looks like your family. But I don't know who James is that died 1846 via Whittney Account Book. James Sr. & Eliza did have an earlier
child named James W. Kaylor b. 1832 d. 1840
