Hi Frank,
My line is through Leonard Furry s/o Johannes.Note John and Leonard spelled their surname differently...
Leonard Furry b.15 July 1806, Elizabeth Town, Lancaster Co., PA., d.8 Dec 1877, Bedford Co., PA. m.16 Feb 1825 Reformed Church, Bedford Co., Hannah Ulrich Brown b.10 Jan 1807 New Enterprise, Bedford Co., PA., d.11 April 1883 South Woodberry Twp., Bedford Co., PA. d/o Samuel S. Brown & Elizabeth Ulrey.Leonard & Hannah had 8 postive children, maybe a 9th.
His brother John Ferry m.14 Oct 1821 Anna Maria Baker. They had 10 children.
John b.10 Mar 1795, S. Londonberry Twp, Colebrook Trinity Lutheran Church, Lebanon Co., PA.d.15 June 1879, Bedford Co., PA.Anna Maria b.23 Nov 1801, Adams Co., PA., d.28 Sept 1875, Bedford Co., PA.
And the third known child is your Susannah.
Thanks for info on John b.c.1828, d.c.1831.That's what I thought but unsure.I'm not positive re changes I made in the two birth date years but went mainly on early records and ages entered and the old adage of using earliest record found for ages.
Cousin George had just started working on Susannah's line and also was trying to find out about her brother who worked on F. Kaylor farm in Ohio.If you find a reference to him, pls let me know.
Unsure if Madsen spelling correct only found one record so far and that was the spelling. You have any different?
Johannes' wife surname was not Germain or Garman/German.That has been proven false.
