Wanted to throw this back out and see if anyone has made any progress on Hannah (?) Kaylor. Got a new e-mail address also. Hi to all of you that have helped in the past. Just got some new info from a cousin in Texas and got me started on the Kaylors again. Any help of the following.
If oral family holds true, the Kaylor (or other spellings) Family lived in Lincoln County North Carolina before moving to Gilmer County Georgia and other points westward. The maternal ancestor is Hannah Kaylor. She is first listed by name on the Federal census of 1850 in Gilmer County Georgia. She is shown on the 1840 census in the house hold of her son Daniel C. Kaylor. Hannah's children are as follows: (all children were born in Lincoln County North Carolina)
