Hi
I'm afraid I can't help much with your request, but I noticed that your Kealy's are from the same area as my ancestors. Our records are that my great-great-great grandfather, John Kealy was born in Leighlinbridge Carlow, Ireland (date unknown) and married Ann Murray on 27 July 1858 in Leighlinbridge. Is there any link to your crew?

John and Anne had a son Michael Joseph Sept 1860 in Ole Leighlen, Carlow. He moved to Australia and married Mary Josephine Horan in Sept 1893 in Toowoomba.

Their son Patrick Joseph Kealy (b October 1898) married Ethel Carl, and had a son Edward Alfred Kealy (my grandfather) in 1924.

I hope there is a link there!!

Rgds
Janna Kealy
(Melbourne Australia)
