Does anyone out there know more about this person?

A Rowing accident in August 1895 on the River Tay, Perth, Perthshire, UK claimed the lives of at least two young men. One was my relative, James Keay of Perth. He was a 20 yr-old Dyer of Perth. His father was a Dyer, John Keay. His mother was Mary Keay, M.s. Innes.

My source is the Death Certs.
