Hi dave I think keay is generally a celtic name. A large population of Liverpool are Irish and the city has had many links with Ireland over the years. A lot of the History suggests it is of scottish origin but if you look at the history between scotland and ireland then the name could be from either.l Notify Administrator about this message?
