There was a Maj. Gen. Green Clay Smith (1826-1895) from Kentucky. Maston Green Clay may have been named for him. - We don't have any pictures of Maston Keele and Rachel Hoover. We would love to have one, also more info about them. We have some information from Burnet County History and Census records, etc. We will be happy to exchange information. Our e-mail is jbanta@austin.rr.com
It's good to be in touch. My father was very devoted to his mother, Talitha Keele Forsyth, who was a daughter of Maston Keele.
Hope to hear from you. - Marie
