Alexander Keele Jr. is my great great grandfather. I have a copy of his death certificate. It says he was a farmer, and that he died of angina pectoris with attacks at intervals. His son Alvin was the informant. He was only 7 months old when his father Alexander Sr. was killed by an indian at the opening of the Walker War. I also have a copy of his mother's death certificate, Minerva Dixon, who had married husband #2 Jeremiah Bingham in 1855, after the death of Alexander Sr. in 1853. She died without medical attendance, but from statements of relatives, and the doctors own knowledge from having treated her for several months prior to her death, it says she died of gastritis and enteritis. Alexander Jr. and Alice Ida Bielby had 11 children. I come through their second child John Alexander Keele. Alexander's father, Alexander Sr. is mentioned in a few stories related to the Walker War.
