KEELING variations

I came across and copied a report that was compiled by THE MEDIA RESEARCH BUREAU WASHINGTON DC.
Has anyone heard of this source?
Thought I'd post the modern and ancient variations of the surname that I'd found in this 3 page document; can anyone think of a copyright problen with doing this?
My ancestor was supposed to have been the first white female born in Charleston... like this report this tradition is not documented and has few dates.
