Keelin - Elizabeth or Sarah - 1600s

I have run into a dead-end in confirming information written into a family bible earlier this century. In that bible is listed a Keelin ancestor born in the mid-1600s. She was apparently the first female colonist born in South Carolina.

However, the only 17th c. Keelin immigration records I have found are for a female Keelin entering Virginia.

If you have any information re: Keelins immigrating to the colonies, I'd appreciate assistance.
