NANCY URSLEY KEELING was born on 6 Apr 1824 (almost certainly in Elbert County, GA) to Leonard Keeling and Elizabeth Haynes (see msg #799 for compiled lists of dates and names of their children). Her middle name was sometimes given as Ursula (Ursley is a variant of Ursula). She died in 1847 or 1848 (likely in Habersham County, GA), after her twins were born in May 1847 (also very likely in Habersham). Her place of burial is not known to me. She married Thomas Perry Warmack on 22 Oct 1840 in Habersham County, GA, where the Keeling family had moved. His subsequent marriage in Jul 1848 frames a 14 month period during which she must have died.
Thomas Perry Warmack was born in 1814 in Habersham County, GA (according to his tombstone and Indian War pension application), died on 19 Mar 1886 (according to his daughter Nancy WARMACK Atkins - see below), and was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nevada County, AR (double tombstone photograph online at findagrave.com). He was a veteran of the Indian Wars and served in Bond's Company of Lindsey's Georgia Mounted Militia Volunteers in 1838. A (rejected) invalid-pension application exists from 1882. He married Judith Ann Waters [1830 - 8 Dec 1875; buried Mt. Olive] in Franklin County, GA on 6 Jul 1848. They were in the Habersham census in 1850, but left late that year and arrived in Taylor Twp. in Columbia (later Nevada) County, AR early in 1851 (according to his pension application). An article written in 1940 by Perry and Judith's daughter Nancy WARMACK Atkins in "Personal History of Nevada County, Arkansas" states that Nancy and Perry had five children:
Lucy Ann BAILEY 26 Jun 1841 18 Aug 1909
Lucita A<yers> BOSWELL 29 Nov 1843 25 Apr 1928
Lewis Dallas ABT 1845 19 Dec 1863
Eliza Frances CARDWELL 2 May 1847 17 Feb 1917
Lorenzo Dow 3 May 1847 24 Jan 1925
I regret that my tables of dates above and below were mangled by GenForum's software - extra spaces are deleted and a variable-width font is standard, making a tabular arrangement impossible. Family names listed in caps in the tables are women's married names. Any information in angle brackets ("<...>", here or below) is from Internet or other sources that are difficult or impossible to confirm using documents. This device allows one to judge which information is fairly solid, although most information passed down through a family is expected to be reasonably accurate, even though the original sources (such as a family bible) may have been lost. To save space I have used the abbreviation SSDI for the Social Security Death Index. Note also that Arkansas, Louisiana, and Arizona have a 50-year exclusion period for obtaining copies of death certificates. Each of the 5 children in the table above is numbered and listed below in caps, followed by the grandchildren in a table, followed by detailed listings for the grandchildren. These 5 children of Nancy Ursley Keeling were followed by 28 known grandchildren.
(1) LUCY ANN WARMACK was born in Habersham County, GA (according to both of her obituaries) on 26 Jun 1841 (according to her tombstone and her Nevada County Picayune obituary), died on 18 Aug 1909 (according to her obituaries and tombstone), and was buried at Holly Springs Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her tombstone photograph on findagrave.com. Her obituary in The Nevada News lists 1 Jun 1841 as her birth date. She married Azariah T. Bailey [18 Sep 1840 - 15 Nov 1909; buried Holly Springs] on 31 Dec 1861 in Columbia County, AR (parts of which became Nevada County in 1871). He had served in Co. I 37th [Bell's] Ark. Inf. during the Civil War. One cemetery survey lists his date of death as 25 Nov, but his Nevada News obituary appeared on 23 Nov. The 1900 census lists both of her children as living.
The children of Azariah T. and Lucy Ann WARMACK Bailey were:
Mary Etta WALKER 23 Dec 1866 1940
Nancy Ellen WATERS 2 Jul 1869 23 Feb 1932
Mary Etta Warmack was born on 23 Dec 1866 (according to the Bailey family bible, which I have not seen) in AR, likely died in 1940 and was buried at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps, Lafayette County, AR. She married Edward J. WALKER [6 Nov 1862 - Sep 1908; buried Lakeside] on 19 Dec 1883 in Nevada County, AR. The dates of death and burial location are based entirely on that cemetery's listings, which has "??? Walker 1864 - 1940 Mother", together with listings for E. J. Walker (correct month and year of birth) and Lillian Ethel Walker (listed as "daughter") with the correct month of birth and the year differing by one from the 1900 census. This is very likely the correct family, but I have no further proof. No death certificate was found for either mother or daughter.
Nancy Ellen Warmack was born on 2 Jul 1869 in Rosston, Nevada County, AR, died on 23 Feb 1932 in Rosston, Nevada County, AR, and was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her death certificate and Nevada News obituary. She married William Asa Lewis WATERS [3 Feb 1863 - 2 Feb 1938; buried Mt. Olive] on 25 Nov 1886 in Nevada County, AR. His full name was listed on the delayed birth certificate of their son Willard. Their double tombstone is shown on findagrave.com.
(2) LUCITA A<YERS> WARMACK was born on 29 Nov 1842 in (almost certainly) Habersham County, GA, died on 25 Apr 1928 in Bodcaw, Nevada County, AR, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, according to her death certificate and her tombstone photograph on findagrave.com. The latter gives her birth year as 1843 but her age at death as 85 (which is consistent with 1842), while her Ark. Confederate widow's pension application lists her birth on 29 Nov 1842. Various spellings exist for her given name (Lucitta, Loucidda, Lusity, Lucuida, Lucinda, luciddia, Loucittia), and I have chosen the one on her tombstone. Her middle name was posted on the "Silvey Family Tree" on Ancestry.com, and it is very likely to be correct. George Washington Keeling (older brother of Nancy Ursley Keeling) married Elizabeth Ayers in 1841, and such a naming pattern was common. She married Thomas Henry Boswell [14 Feb 1831 - 19 Feb 1917; buried Union (tombstone shown on findagrave.com)] in <1865> (no marriage listing has ever been found). He served in Co. E 11th Ark. Vol. Inf. Reg't during the Civil War. The 1900 census lists 9 of 11 children as living and the 1910 census lists 8.
The children of Thomas Henry and Lucita A. WARMACK Boswell were:
Thomas Green Jan 1867 1934
Mary Catherine ROGERS 7 Mar 1868 10 Jan 1945
Ann Eliza MAY 8 Oct 1869 19 Sep 1951
Dosier L. 17 Feb 1871 25 Apr 1909
John Monroe 20 May 1872 10 Oct 1936
Joe Lude 1 Feb 1874 17 Jan 1919
Lawrence Mack 5 Feb 1878 29 Mar 1965
Lola Lewellen MAY 7 Oct 1879 3 Jan 1968
Georgia Leona JONES 29 Jan 1882 5 Mar 1917
<Albert> BEF 1900 BEF 1900
<Arthur> BEF 1900 BEF 1900
Thomas Green Boswell was born in Jan 1867 in AR (1900 census), died in 1934, and was buried at Smith Cemetery (also called Waldo Cemetery) in Waldo, Columbia County, AR, according to his tombstone shown on findagrave.com. No death certificate was found. A granddaughter knew his full middle name. He married Ella B. MUNN [11 Nov 1876 - 20 Oct 1946; buried Smith] on 14 Dec 1899 in Nevada County, AR.
Mary Catherine Boswell was born on 7 Mar 1868 in Bodcaw, Nevada County, AR, died on 10 Jan 1945 in Patmos, Hempstead County, AR, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her death certificate. She married John William ROGERS [5 Oct 1858 - 2 Mar 1922; buried Union] on 27 Jan 1887 in Nevada County, AR. Both tombstones are shown on findagrave.com. They remarkably had 17 children.
Ann Eliza Boswell was born on 8 Oct 1869 in AR, died on 19 Sep 1951 in Waldo, Columbia County, AR, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Bodcaw, AR, according to her death certificate. She married William Robert MAY [10 Jun 1862 - 28 Sep 1938; buried Union] on 19 Dec 1888 in Nevada County, AR. Their double tombstone is shown on findagrave.com, where his year of birth is listed as 1863.
Dosier L. Boswell was born on 17 Feb 1871 in AR, died on 25 Apr 1909, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to his tombstone (on findagrave.com). His given name was also spelled Dozier, and I have chosen to use the spelling on his tombstone. He married Alice Cleopatra MAY [14 Dec 1877 - 16 Feb 1949; buried Union] on 20 Dec 1895 in Nevada County. Her middle name was also split into Cleo Patra, and Patra was used, but is written as Cleopatra on her tombstone (on findagrave.com) and death certificate.
John Monroe Boswell was born on 20 May 1872 in AR, died on 10 Oct 1936 in Hope, Hempstead, AR, and was buried there at Rose Hill Cemetery, according to his death certificate. His cemetery listing has his day of birth as 3 May. He married Bennie Angeline DEATON [22 Aug 1881 - 4 Jun 1960; buried Rose Hill] on 25 Feb 1906 in Nevada County, AR. The 1900 census lists her month of birth as Oct.
Joe Lude Boswell was born on 1 Feb 1874 in AR (WWI draft card), died on 17 Jan 1919, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR. His first name comes solely from his WWI draft card (Joe L.), while his cemetery listing (shown on findagrave.com as J. Lude) gives the middle name and date of death; both agree on the date of birth. Census listings give his middle name variously as Louis and Luther, and he was listed as Luther in his father's Prescott Daily News obituary. No death certificate was found. Internet sources suggest that he was called "Ludie". A marriage certificate in Hempstead County, AR, dated 12 May 1915 for J. L. Boswell (age 38 of Bodcaw, Nevada County) to Miss Lyda Thompson (age 20 of Buckner, Lafayette County), was almost certainly issued to Lude. Appearing on the marriage bond was C. H. Jones, his brother-in-law (see below). A puzzling 1900 census entry complicates this interpretation. Dosier Boswell and family were living in Nevada County with Luther J. Boswell, listed as "brother". Dates of birth are correct (including Lude, listed as Luther) and their parents were listed as born in GA (also correct). In apparent disagreement with this listing, Joe Boswell in Hempstead County was listed with his brother Lawrence, and two boarders, Monroe and Sterling Boswell. The dates of birth for Joe and Lawrence were not correct for children of Thomas Henry Boswell (but Lawrence's was close), and their parents were listed as born in AR (also incorrect). Monroe Boswell (see above), however, had the correct date of birth. Sterling Franklin Boswell was the son of Green B. Boswell (brother of Thomas Henry Boswell) and a cousin of Joe Lude. It is possible (although rare) for one person to be listed twice in a census, having moved during the census-taking process. It's also possible (but unlikely) that there was a second Joe Boswell and that this one married Lydia. She was a widow with two children in 1920 Lafayette County, AR, and in 1930 Nachitoches Parish, LA. Census records indicate that she was very likely the daughter of Hilry Bell Thompson, and the 1900 census records a birth date in Oct 1894. The obituary of Hilry's daughter Linnie Thompson Colton lists a sister Lydia Haskins of Henderson, Rusk County, TX, and Lydia's obituary in the Henderson Daily News indicates that she was born on 12 Oct 1894, died on 23 Oct 1988, and was buried at Lakewood Memorial Park in Henderson (her tombstone image on USGenWeb archives for Rusk County lists her day of birth as 11 Oct 1894). The Rusk County Death Index lists her full name as Lydia Belle Haskins. A son named Hilroy Maxine Boswell survived her. The middle name matches her child's name in the 1920 and 1930 censuses, while the first name is a variant of Hilry, and Hilroy's date of birth is consistent with the censuses. She is almost certainly the daughter of Hilry who married J. L. Boswell.
Lawrence Mack Boswell was born on 5 Feb 1878 (WWI draft card) in AR, died on 29 Mar 1965 in AR, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to his tombstone on findagrave.com. His WWII draft card, SSDI listing, and his tombstone list the year of birth as 1879. This conflicts with the date of birth of his sister Lola (see entry below), and I have chosen 1878. He married Lura A. MOSES [10 Jul 1888 - 17 Apr 1964; buried Rose Hill] on 25 Jul 1920 in Hempstead County, AR. Her tombstone is shown on findagrave.com.
Lola Lewellen Boswell was born on 7 Oct 1879 in AR, died on 3 Jan 1968 in AR, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR (double marker on findagrave.com). Her tombstone and the SSDI list her year of birth as 1880, but she was listed under the name "Lora" in the Jun 1880 census as born in Oct 1879. Her date of death is listed on the excellent "Nevada County Depot and Museum" web site, which states that it was obtained from her obituary. Her middle name was confirmed by a grandson. She married Alex Newton MAY [22 Oct 1874 - 5 Oct 1962; buried Union] on 28 Dec 1902 in Nevada County, AR.
Georgia Leona "Georgie" Boswell was born on 29 Jan 1882 in Bodcaw, Nevada County, AR, died on 5 Mar 1917 in Parker Twp., Nevada County, and was buried there at Union Cemetery, according to her death certificate. Her year of birth agrees with the 1900 census, but disagrees with her tombstone shown on findagrave.com (1883), which also lists her middle name. She married Charles Harrison "Totsie" Jones [26 Sep 1881 - 16 May 1957; buried Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Jefferson County, TX] on 5 Nov 1908 in Miller County AR. He later married Ella ESTERS on 23 Sep 1917.
<Albert> Boswell was born and died BEF 1900, according to Lucita's 1900 census listing. The given name is from a web site, and nothing more is known.
<Arthur> Boswell was born and died BEF 1900, according to Lucita's 1900 census listing. The given name is from a web site, and nothing more is known.
(3) LEWIS DALLAS WARMACK was born ABT 1845 in (almost certainly) Habersham County, GA. He served in Company I, 37th [Bell's] Ark. Inf. Reg't. during the Civil War. He was captured on 4 Jul 1863 during the Battle of Helena [AR], and was unmarried when he died of dysentery on 19 Dec 1863 at Alton Military Prison in Alton, Madison County, IL. He was buried at the North Alton Confederate Cemetery and is very likely the only grandchild of Leonard and Elizabeth Keeling to be buried in the North.
(4) ELIZA FRANCES WARMACK was born on 2 May 1847 (date typed on an anniversary photograph circa 1910) in (almost certainly) Habersham County, GA, died on 17 Feb 1917 in Childress County, TX (according to her death certificate) and was buried at Tell Cemetery in Tell, Childress County, TX (tombstone and photograph shown on findagrave.com). She was a twin to Lorenzo Dow, and her date of birth (if accurate - I have assumed so in ordering the children) implies that she was the first-born of the twins. Her tombstone lists a birthdate of 2 Jan 1848, which disagrees with her twin's date of birth and the "May 1847" listing on the 1900 Hunt County, TX census. Her full middle name comes from the death certificate of her son Albert Perry. She married Admurl Franklin "Addie" Cardwell [24 Apr 1848 - 17 Jun 1922; buried Tell] in Columbia County, AR on 13 Dec 1866. His first name was spelled various ways, and I have used the version on his tombstone (shown on findagrave.com). Addie applied for a Texas Confederate pension based on service in Co. G of Crawford's [or Kilgore's] Ark. Cav. No record of service was found at the U. S. War Department (Trans-Mississippi records were spotty) and the pension was denied. All 9 of their children were alive in 1900 and 1910. A story passed down through the Wygal family (see below) is that Thomas Perry Warmack opposed the marriage of Eliza to Addie, and that she was disowned and had no further contact with her family in Arkansas.
The children of Admurl Franklin and Eliza Frances WARMACK Cardwell were:
Sarah Pandora PENNY 25 Feb 1868 24 Dec 1939
Annis Luellen SPINKS 9 Jan 1870 30 Jun 1949
Leonard Monroe 2 May 1873 24 May 1941
Aaron Lorenzo 13 Nov 1875 6 Jan 1961
Albert Perry 1 Jan 1878 15 Feb 1964
Emma Leona WYGAL 22 Feb 1880 26 Dec 1960
William Thomas 22 Mar 1883 1 Dec 1972
Alonzo Hiram "Lon" 5 May 1889 9 Aug 1971
Elvira BAIN 29 Apr 1893 14 May 1961
Sarah Pandora Cardwell was born on 25 Feb 1868 in AR, died on 24 Dec 1939 in Childress, Childress County, TX, and was buried at West Memorial Cemetery in Quinlan, Hunt County, TX, according to her death certificate and her listing on findagrave.com, which also has her photograph. Her death certificate lists her year of birth as 1867, but all early census records are consistent with 1868. The ordering of given names on the early census records suggests that her name was originally "Pandora Sarah". She married William Warren PENNY [22 Sep 1856 - 2 Mar 1924; buried West Memorial] on 11 Oct 1881 in Cass County, TX. His photograph is also located on findagrave.com.
Annis Luellen Cardwell was born on 9 Jan 1870 in Hope, AR, died on 30 Jun 1949 in Brownfield, Terry County, TX, and was buried at Tell Cemetery in Childress County, TX, according to her death certificate. She was listed in the 1870 Ouachita County, AR census as "Babe" born in Feb 1870, and in the 1900 census as born in Jan 1870. Her tombstone lists the year of birth as 1875. Her full middle name comes from a family listing provided to Fred Wygal by a grandson (it is written "LuEllen"). She married Roll Thomas SPINKS [3 Sep 1861 - 10 Mar 1942; buried Tell] on 27 Dec 1886 in Hunt County, TX. Their double tombstone and two family photographs are shown on findagrave.com.
Leonard Monroe Cardwell was born on 2 May 1873 (WWI draft card) in AR, died on 24 May 1941 in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, NM, and was buried in Tell, Childress County, TX, according to his death certificate and Albuquerque Journal obituary. That certificate lists his year of birth as 1874, which agrees with the 1900 census, but disagrees with other census listings. The death certificate states only that his remains were moved to Tell, TX. He married Eula Lee GRAHAM [27 Jun 1876 - 7 Jul 1920; buried in Childress County, TX] on 12 Aug 1894 in Hunt County, TX. She was uniformly called Eula except for the 1910 census (where it was Bulah), and in the 1880 census (where she was Eulalea, the daughter of Robert Daniel Graham and Sarah Elizabeth CASBEER). She died in Clovis, Curry County, NM, according to her death certificate. It is highly likely (but unproven) that both she and Leonard are buried at Tell Cemetery with many other Cardwells. If anyone has additional information, I would appreciate an email.
Aaron Lorenzo Cardwell was born on 13 Nov 1875 in AR, died on 6 Jan 1961 in McKinney, Collin County, TX, and was buried at Frederick Memorial Cemetery in Frederick, Tillman County, OK, according to his death certificate and Dallas Morning News obituary. He married Rebecca Elizabeth COATS [10 Jan 1880 - 14 Dec 1962; buried Frederick Memorial] on 14 Oct 1903 in Hunt County, TX. She was listed as born in Feb 1880 in the 1880 census, but in Jan 1880 in the 1900 census and Jan 1879 on her death certificate. The year is clearly 1880, but the month could be Feb.
Albert Perry Cardwell was born on 1 Jan 1878 in Hope, AR, died on 15 Feb 1964 in Memphis, Hall County, TX, and was buried there at Fairview Cemetery, according to his death certificate. He married Myrtle SHIPLEY [2 Jan 1884 - 22 Dec 1983; buried Fairview] on 24 Jan 1909 in Hunt County, TX.
Emma Leona Cardwell was born on 22 Feb 1880 in AR, died on 26 Dec 1960 in Childress, Childress County, TX, and was buried there at Tell Cemetery, according to her death certificate and tombstone on findagrave.com. She married Thomas Newton WYGAL [10 Jan 1875 - 11 Jan 1969; buried Tell] on 10 Jul 1901 in Hunt County, TX. His SSDI lists his year of birth as 1874, but his WWI draft card and tombstone (on findagrave.com) list 1875.
William Thomas Cardwell was born on 22 Mar 1883 in Farmersville, Collin County, TX, died on 1 Dec 1972 in Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, TX, and was buried at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington, Tarrant County, TX, according to his death certificate and Dallas Morning News obituary. He married Willie ROBEY [17 Sep 1887 - 12 Oct 1982; buried Moore Memorial Gardens] on 14 Oct 1903 in Hunt County, TX. Dallas County death records (online) list her given names as Willie Wilford. Their double tombstone is shown on http://teafor2.com.
Alonzo Hiram "Lon" Cardwell was born on 5 May 1889 in Mesquite, TX (WWI draft card) and died on 9 Aug 1971 in Tahlequah, Cherokee County, OK, according to his death certificate. Note that his death certificate contains a serious error. According to the funeral home records he was not buried in Tahlequah (as was stated on the death certificate), but in fact was shipped to Phoenix, AZ, and buried at Greenwood Memory Lawn. He was referred to as "Lon" or "Lonnie", and only his middle initial "H" was used in all documents that I have seen. His brother Albert Perry had a son named Lonnie Hiram, and the family list obtained from Fred Wygal (see above) lists the full given names as "Alonzo Hiram". It seems highly likely that this was his full name and that he greatly preferred Lon to Alonzo. Several grandchildren had heard only the name Lon. He married Ruby Rae RUCKER [6 Sep 1891 - 9 Jan 1985; buried Greenwood Memory Lawn] on 24 Dec 1909 in Motley County, TX. Both Lon and Ruby have Arizona Republic obituaries.
Elvira "Vira" Cardwell was born on 29 Apr 1893 in TX, died on 14 May 1961 in Amarillo, Potter County, TX, and was buried there at Memorial Park Cemetery, according to her death certificate and Amarillo Globe-Times obituary. She married Oscar Louis BAIN [14 Jun 1888 - 26 May 1974; buried Memorial Park] on 25 May 1910 in Motley County, TX.
(5) LORENZO DOW WARMACK was born on 3 May 1847 in (almost certainly) Habersham County, GA, died on 24 Jan 1925 in Prescott, Nevada County, AR, and was buried there at Mt. Olive Cemetery, according to his death certificate and double tombstone on findagrave.com. Although I have never seen a document with his full middle name, many accounts list this name and it is highly likely. He was named after a famous itinerant preacher of the early 1800s; there were many boys of that period named Lorenzo Dow. During the Civil War he served in Co. F (Colonel) Flippins' Ark. Inf. He married Annis Hunter CRANK [19 Nov 1853 - 14 Feb 1936; buried Mt. Olive] on 6 Jan 1870 in Shelby County, TX, according to her Ark. Confederate widow's pension application. The death certificate of her son Robert Lee Warmack lists her given names as Anice Hunter. The couple's photographs are shown on findagrave.com. The 1900 census lists 5 of 6 children living and the 1910 census lists 4.
The children of Lorenzo Dow and Annis Hunter Warmack were:
Laura D. 18 Dec 1871 14 Jan 1903
Cornelia Ann "Nelia" MCCARGO 25 Aug 1873 4 Sep 1940
Robert Lee 30 Oct 1875 28 Apr 1939
infant 30 Oct 1875 30 Oct 1875
Samuel Henry 2 Jan 1878 1 Oct 1958
Lillian A. PARKER 25 Mar 1883 25 Nov 1972
Laura D. Warmack was born on 18 Dec 1871 in AR, died on 14 Jan 1903, and was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her tombstone (shown on findagrave.com). Nothing else is known.
Cornelia Ann Warmack was born on 25 Aug 1873 in AR, died on 4 Sep 1940 in Rodessa, Caddo Parish, LA, and was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her death certificate and Nevada News obituary. She married David Edgar MCCARGO [<1> Aug 1867 - 17 Jan 1936; buried Mt. Olive] on 29 Mar 1892 in Nevada County, AR. Her middle name (and its spelling) was provided by a great granddaughter from a funeral book.
Robert Lee Warmack was born on 30 Oct 1875 in Holly Springs, AR, died on 28 Apr 1939 in Hope, Hempstead County, AR, and was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hempstead County, AR, according to his death certificate and WWI draft card. He married Birdie HUCKABEE [16 Aug 1890 - 30 Nov 1981; buried Rose Hill] on 7 Oct 1909 in Nevada County. AR. Her first name was sometimes rendered as Berdie, while her Baton Rouge [LA] State Times obituary listed a middle initial "W" and the 1930 census listed it as "J". Both tombstones are shown on findagrave.com.
An infant son (and twin to Robert Lee Warmack) was born and died on 30 Oct 1875 in Holly Springs, AR, and was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to his tombstone on findagrave.com. Nothing else is known.
Samuel Henry Warmack was born on 2 Jan 1878 near Willisville, AR, died on 1 Oct 1958 in Hope, Hempstead County AR, and was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope, AR, according to his death certificate and WWI draft card. He married Mary Fidella CUMMINGS [<14> Jun 1886 d: <2 Jan> 1963; buried Rose Hill] on 23 Feb 1905 in Greene County, AR. Their double tombstone is shown on findagrave.com. Her name was listed as Della in census records, but the initial on her tombstone and on Samuel's WWI draft card is "F". I have combined them according to an Ancestry.com web page and the recognized female name: Fidella.
Lillian A. Warmack was born on 25 Mar 1883 in Prescott, AR, died on 25 Nov 1972 in Hobbs, Lea County, NM, and was buried at Union Cemetery in Nevada County, AR, according to her tombstone on findagrave.com and her Hobbs [NM] Sun-News obituary. She married John Daly PARKER [11 Mar 1871 - 13 Oct 1947; buried Union] on 28 Apr 1907 in Nevada County, AR. His tombstone is also shown on findagrave.com.
