Daniel Keeling, Leicester and Lincs, England
Daniel Keeling was christened in St. Margaret's, Leicester in 1807. His parents were given as John Keeling and Mary. He next turns up in Lincolnshire, marrying Elizabeth Burkitt in Tathwell in 1826, and settling in Louth, where they raised 11 children. On the census, his occupation was given as a hawker of hardware. He died of cholera in 1868. Would love to hear from anyone with Daniel on their tree, or who has any connections to any Keelings who were hawkers, or who has a possible John Keeling marrying a Mary.
Many thanks, Carol.
