my gg-grandfather was born in So. Carolina in the Sumter Dist supposedly. We really don't know for sure. This branch of the family moved to GA, AL, and TX. They were all supposedly descended from John & Judith, but with so many Johns, Daniels, & Isaacs, its hard to say who came from whom. I would greatly appreciate any insight you can give me on this. Below is how I was told my branch went:

Edd Keels b. 6/1888 FL

James Monroe Keels b. 1868 Henry Co, AL d. TX
m. Elizabeth ?? AL 1885

Isaac Keels b. 1828 SC d. TX
m. Mary Crowe (1st) 1841
m. Ann Hicks (2nd)
m. Emmaline Bell (3rd) 1860 AL

I am unsure of the correctness of any of this past my g-grandfather because I have not been able to verify any of it.

Thanks in advance
