This may not help but it will probably eliminate the Mary (age 17) in household 27/27 John Keels Sr.(age 65) not included in list by Sharon. I have followed this Mary E. Keels as she was the sister of my ggm Hester Ann (Keels) Wright. This Mary was 17 in 1850, 25 in 1860 and 33 in 1870. She married John King in 1855 and John Henry Money in 1865. About 1880 Hester, Mary & older brother, Issac J. Keels, and their children moved to Texas. Do you think it possible that this Mary could be the one you are looking for that "forgot" an earlier marriage? I do not think it likely but there are some mysteries in the family.
