Sarah Keels of Sumter Co.SC1850

I am looking for info on a "Sarah" Keels, as listed in the 1850 Sumter Co.,SC census, in the household of John Keels, Sr.(family#27). She is listed as being age 34(?), born in SC, and the following are listed under her name: John, age 19, Mary, 17, Hester,13 & Lurenza, 5. I am descended from the "Lurenza" ( and other spelling variants, inclding>Luanza, Lucinza, LuAnn,etc). Sarah & Luansa are listed in the 1860 Henry Co.,Al. Census in the household ofJohn smith & family. Sarah is listed as a "Bateman", but from knowledge that she is listed as the mother of Luanza Keels on a marriage document located @ Henry Co.,Al courthouse, I know that Sarah probably married/remarried. I cannot ascertain whether she is a daughter or daughter-in-law of John Keels. I am assuming that perhaps she is the latter. The 1850 Sumter SC Census shows a "W. Bateman" living in a nearby household with an elderly female,age80. I am making a supposition that Sarah married the "Bateman" fellow sometimes after the census in 1850 but he's not around in the 1860 Henry Co.,Al census. I know all this seems somewhat confusing, but I am equally confused regarding this "Sarah". I am currently corresponding with other Keels researchers who are also descended from the Hester Keels shown in the 1850 census. Any help is appreciated & will share what I have. Thanks in advance!
