Hi Gary. Several Keen & Keene folks have recently joined the Cain DNA project at and we are starting to sort out who is or is not related in the Keen / Keene world.
Also, recent advances in DNA now allow us to distinguish native Britons, who still make up the bulk of the British population, from "Frisians" (ie Anglo-Saxon later arrivals). The picture is emerging of where the Keens fit in.
