Frank Keenan, 1870, Columbus, Ohio

Looking for info on Frank Keenan, born Oct. 1870 in Ohio. He is listed in the 1900, 1910, and 1920 census' as being in Columbus, as a railroad car inspector. Franks' mother was from Maine, his father from Ohio. Not sure if he's listed in any census' after that. He married Cecilla/Rilla/Rillie/Orilla Markins (my g-g-aunt) about 1895. Rilla was born April 1873 in Ohio. She was listed in her brother's obit in 1945 as living in Columbus, a dressmaker. They had one child born between 1900-1910, but was not alive in the 1910 census. Don't know if there were any others.

Unfortunately, I don't have any firm dates or places. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
